Dark spots on the face
As we get older dark spots of hyperpigmentation appear on the face, shoulder, and neck. Depending on the causes, we sometimes refer to these spots as age and sun spots. The size of spots varies from one person to another.
Let us understand the causes.
The most common cause of dark spots is excessive exposure to the sun. Dark spots can appear in hormonal imbalances during pregnancy. Other causes could be side effects of certain medicines, inflammation of wounds that are healing, irritation of a skin pimple that leaves a mark, even mosquito bites and such things when you scratch too strongly that leave marks, and even diabetes. For all these causes, the following is the remedy.
Procedure
Cleansing
- Take 2 teaspoons of raw milk; it is a mild exfoliator, reduces the signs of aging and lightening, and brightens the skin. Adding ¼ teaspoon of turmeric reduces melanin production, helps even the skin tone, and reduces the appearance of acne scars.
- In a bowl, mix well, dip the cotton ball, apply it to the face, give it a gentle massage, leave it for 2 to 3 minutes, and wipe it off with the cotton.
First Mask
- Take 1 teaspoon of licorice; it reduces hyperpigmentation, fades existing dark spots, and prevents further pigmentation. Add 1 teaspoon of flour to fight dark spots, lighten the skin, and exfoliate.
- Add ½ teaspoon of lemon juice to fade the dark spots and scars; it is a natural bleaching to lighten the skin. Add the milk and turmeric mixture.
- Mix well like a paste and apply it to the skin. Leave it for 15 to 20 minutes and wash it with cold water.
- Finally, applying natural toners like rose water, chrysanthemum water, and papaya water helps to close the pores.
Second Mask
- Take 2 teaspoons of papaya puree to reduce the appearance of scars and protect against rapid aging. The enzyme called papain helps to lighten the dark spots. Add 1 teaspoon of honey; it helps to fade the dark spots, pimples, and scars and helps control the sebum level in the skin.
- Add ¼ teaspoon of turmeric, mix well to a paste, and apply it to the face. Leave it for 15 to 20 minutes and rinse it with normal water.
- Apply natural toner to your skin to close all the open pores.
Third Mask
- Take 2 teaspoons of rice flour; it reduces the dark spots, exfoliates the skin, and controls oil; add 1 tablespoon of curd, which helps in delaying aging, brightens the skin, and reduces the large pores;
- Add 2 teaspoons of tomato puree, which helps brighten the skin, treats acne, reduces the age spots, and tightens the pores.
- Mix well, apply it to the face, and leave it for 20 to 25 minutes, then rinse it with normal water.
- These are the three best face masks for reducing dark spots, consistently for the best results. It gives you amazing results.
Two-night gel for the face
First face gel
- Take 1 teaspoon of aloe vera gel; it reduces the dark spots and helps in skin soothing and healing; add 1 teaspoon of almond oil, which reduces the signs of aging, rejuvenates, and lightens the skin; and add ¼ teaspoon of turmeric powder.
- Mix well like a gel and apply it to the face every night, leave it overnight, and wash your face in the morning. Use regularly for the best result
Second face gel
- Take 2 teaspoons of tomato juice, 2 teaspoons of potato juice to reduce the pigmentation and control melanin production, and
- Add 2 teaspoons of olive oil to help fade the scars sun damage and lightening dark circles.
- Add 1 teaspoon of glycerin to lighten the skin, hydrate, and help boost the cell metabolism, and add 3 teaspoons of aloe vera gel.
- Mix well in a bowl like a gel and place in the airtight container. Apply to the face every night and wash your face in the morning.
